From November 21 to December 4, the associated producers of +Brócoli have circulated a million broccoli heads labeled with a very special message because, as Roberto Brasero, the honorary godfather of this new campaign, says: “It’s broccoli time.”
This new label, whose shape and color will not leave consumers indifferent, features a QR code that allows the population to access the website www.soyfandeti.com. A space where users can discover all the actions we have prepared during this new campaign: challenges, recipes, giveaways, or talks, among others. An interactive and fun dynamic, perfect for Spaniards to become real fans of broccoli. Consumers can find the product with the special labeling in over 10,000 points of sale throughout Spain, including: El Corte Inglés, Carrefour, Consum, Eroski, Lidl, Luis Piña, Grupo Hnos. Martín, Aldi, Ahorramás, Más y Más, Supersol, Supermercados Gadis, Gm Food, Bonarea, Spar, Hijos de Luís Rodriguez, Hiperber, Trujillo, Maskomo, or Ecomora, among others.
Roberto Brasero is the honorary godfather chosen for this occasion. The Antena 3 weather presenter, who has declared himself an absolute fan of broccoli, states that “it’s broccoli time, we all must become aware of the benefits and possibilities that this vegetable offers and include it in our regular intake.” Brasero has emphasized the agricultural wealth that we have in Spain, saying, “We are rich in natural treasures like broccoli; it is essential to protect a sector that is a pillar for the national economy.”
Also, many celebrities and well-known faces join the #SoyFanDeTi (“I’m a Fan of You”) during the two weeks of the campaign: Martin Berasategui, the Torres brothers, Boticaria García, Anne Igartiburu, or Lucia Mi pediatra, among others. Actions that allow joining forces in the search for fans and allies to help promote broccoli consumption in our country, a vegetable with a very complete nutritional profile: rich in fiber, antioxidant, with a high content of vitamins A and C, high antiviral power, and its inclusion in our diet reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Among the different actions to be carried out, the “prepare your broccoli omelette challenge” stands out, where users can participate by uploading a photo of their own interpretation of the recipe provided by +Brócoli to Instagram. In the post, they will have to mention @masbrocolicom, and the top 3 presentations will have the chance to win various prizes and a special prize from +Brócoli.
