“Eating Broccoli, Growing Healthy,” our new campaign aimed at the children’s audience.

Promoting Broccoli Consumption Amongst Kids in a New Fresh and Fun Campaign

We’re launching our XVIII campaign under the slogan “Eating Broccoli, Growing Healthy” to encourage broccoli consumption among the little ones. The goal of this initiative is to promote healthy eating habits from childhood and raise awareness about the benefits of broccoli in the growth and development of children.

From April 17 to 30, at +Broccoli, we have prepared a series of actions on social media to reach a wider audience. Among the planned initiatives, users can enjoy a live session on Instagram where a pediatrician specializing in child nutrition will provide tips on incorporating broccoli into the diet of young children. Starting from 6 months, children can include this food in their diet, providing significant health benefits such as essential vitamins, including vitamin C and K, which strengthen their bones and improve their immune system, and a high fiber content that promotes good digestion.

Additionally, a recipe book with simple and healthy options has been created to assist parents in preparing meals. This cookbook will be shared on social media and available for free download on the +Broccoli website.

To encourage the participation of the little ones, various activities such as giveaways and social media actions will be conducted, along with activities in different nurseries to help them discover the benefits of broccoli consumption for their health in a playful and fun way.

“At +Broccoli, we understand the importance of promoting healthy eating habits from childhood, and we are convinced that broccoli is a key food for the growth and development of children,” says Antonia Piernas, president of +Broccoli. “With this campaign, we want to encourage parents to include broccoli in their children’s diet and show them that it can be a delicious and easy-to-prepare food,” she concludes.

+Broccoli now boasts 53 partners, including broccoli producers, seed companies, and auxiliary industries nationwide.
