Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of broccoli
- 450 grams of ziti pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 90 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
- 90 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
- 45 grams of butter
- 50 grams of chicken broth
- 3 teaspoons of white wine
Instructions:
- Cut the leaves from the broccoli stems and the ends of the stems, leaving a small part of the stem. Cut the broccoli into florets, peel the stems, and cut them into 3 cm pieces.
- Steam the broccoli: bring 5 cm of water to a boil in a pot (high heat). Place a metal steamer basket in the pot, making sure the water does not touch the broccoli. Cover and steam for 10 minutes. Add water as needed to prevent the pot from drying out.
- Cook the pasta and drain.
- Heat the oil in a large pan (medium/high heat), cook and sauté the garlic in hot oil. Add the broccoli, cook, and stir for 4 minutes. Add a generous amount of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter, broth, and wine. Stir.
- Simmer over low heat and boil until the cheese is melted. Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix gently.
