Pasta with broccoli and ham

Minimalism and flavor come together in this incredibly easy-to-make dish, perfect for individuals with limited time in the kitchen.

Ingredients:

160 grams of pasta

1 broccoli stalk

50 grams of diced ham

Powdered or string cheese (3/4 cup)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180º. Cook the pasta of your choice following the package instructions. Meanwhile, prepare the broccoli and boil it as you prefer. It works well in the microwave.

Once the pasta is ready, drain it.

Mix the broccoli with the pasta in a baking dish, add the diced ham, and sprinkle cheese on top.

Place the dish in the oven for 15 minutes. If you don’t have an oven or want to skip this step, sauté the mixture in a pan until you achieve the desired texture. If you choose this second option, it’s better to add the cheese afterwards.

Plate it, and enjoy your meal.
