Broccoli stir-fry

Our friend Bruno, from @bbnutricion, always has simple and delicious proposals to offer. This time, we fell in love with an incredibly simple broccoli stir-fry, which is no less appetizing for its simplicity. “Easy, quick, and healthy. Surround yourself with healthy options in your kitchen, fridge, or pantry,” says Bruno. We’re following his advice, so here’s this delicious recipe:

What you’ll need

  • Broccoli
  • Tofu with nuts
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil

How to make it

  1. Wash and cut the broccoli. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, add a little extra virgin olive oil. When it’s hot, add the broccoli to cook.
  3. Then, when you see that it’s almost ready, add the tofu cut into cubes and the previously washed cherry tomatoes.
  4. Serve accompanied by water, and for dessert, a piece of fruit. A well-rounded menu!

This type of stir-fry also goes well sautéed with an egg or garlic.

We can leave it prepared from one day to the next, as it keeps very well in the fridge, making it ideal to take a lunchbox to the office or have dinner ready to go.
