Ingredients:
– 1 sheet of puff pastry
– 140 grams of fresh salmon
– 250 grams of broccoli
– 200 milliliters of liquid cream
– Grated cheese (to taste)
– 4 eggs
– Salt
– Pepper
– Dill
– Olive oil
– 1 onion
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC while preparing the quiche. Place the pastry in the oven a few minutes before to cook the base since putting it with the ingredients may leave it raw.
2. Boil the broccoli for about 10 or 15 minutes; once cooked, let it cool.
3. Meanwhile, dice the onion and fry it in olive oil until it becomes soft.
4. Cut the salmon into medium-sized pieces and boil it for about 5 minutes.
5. In a bowl, mix the cream, eggs, and spices.
6. Combine all the ingredients in the bowl except the grated cheese. Once the pastry is ready, pour the mixture and let it cook. When you observe that it is cooked, reduce the oven temperature and add grated cheese to taste.
