Broccoli and Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of broccoli
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 400 ml of cream
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 100 grams of grated cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to taste

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Cut the broccoli into pieces and boil it in a pot with water and salt for a few minutes until tender.
3. Chop the onion and slice the mushrooms. Sauté everything in a pan with olive oil.
4. Add the broccoli to the pan and sauté it with the onion and mushrooms.
5. In a bowl, beat the three eggs, and while beating, add the liquid cream.
6. Add the vegetables to the bowl and mix everything well.
7. Cover a baking dish with the puff pastry, and prick it with a fork to prevent it from swelling.
8. Pour the egg, cream, and vegetable mixture into the dish.
9. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the quiche and bake it for 35-40 minutes.
10. Let it cool before unmolding and serving.
