**All-Green Salad**
Salads are a delicious way to include a variety of vegetables without the need for long or laborious cooking. Broccoli, of course, is among those ingredients. We encourage you to include this delicious cruciferous vegetable in your salads, whether raw or lightly cooked, because you gain a lot with very little.

**Ingredients:**
– Broccoli
– Chives (chopped)
– Green bell pepper (chopped)
– Celery (chopped)
– Cucumber (chopped or sliced)
**Ingredients for the sauce:**
– 1 garlic clove
– 1/2 cup fresh spinach
– Juice of 1 small lime
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar (or sweet rosé wine vinegar is really nice)
– 3 tablespoons yogurt
**Instructions:**
1. Steam the broccoli for about 4 minutes.
2. Using a blender, blend the spinach, garlic, yogurt, and vinegar until a homogeneous sauce is formed. If you find it too thick, you can add some lemon juice.
3. Slice the cucumber thinly after washing it.
4. Cut the bell pepper into dice.
5. Mix all the ingredients, and if you want, decorate with chives. This not only adds more color but also gives it a spectacular flavor.
