**Ingredients:**
– 1 large broccoli
– 1 medium onion (preferably red)
– 8 fresh mushrooms
– 150 ml mayonnaise
– Peeled sunflower seeds
– Raisins (optional, if you like)
– 1 tablespoon of vinegar
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon of sugar
**Instructions:**
1. Separate the broccoli into very small florets.
2. Cut the onion into very small pieces.
3. Slice the mushrooms very finely.
4. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and finally, sunflower seeds.
5. Mix the three main ingredients with the sauce, and let it marinate in the fridge for about half an hour. It’s ready to serve.
