Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- Three broccoli heads
- 200 grams of shrimp, rinsed
- 1 cup of vegetable or chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon sea salt or tamari
- 2-3 tablespoons chili paste
- Toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
- In a medium skillet, heat the sesame oil and garlic. Sauté until the garlic is fragrant (be careful not to burn it).
- Add the broccoli and stir to combine well. Then, add the chicken broth and bring it to a boil.
- After 3 minutes, add the shrimp and chili paste, cover, and cook for another 4 minutes or until the shrimp is well-cooked.
- Season with salt (or soy sauce) and pepper to taste.
- Serve on a plate, garnished with sesame seeds.
