Sautéed broccoli with mushrooms.

 

**Broccoli and Mushroom Stir-Fry**

**Ingredients:**
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 2 cups of broccoli sprouts
– 1 cup of medium-sized mushrooms, cut into quarters
– 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce

**Instructions:**
1. Coat the walls of the wok or the bottom of the pan with olive oil.
2. Heat the oil.
3. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Add the broccoli and continue stirring for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the soy sauce, stir, and serve immediately.
