**Broccoli Gratin**
**Ingredients:**
– Broccoli
– 1/2 finely chopped onion
– Grated cheese
– 1 tablespoon of margarine
– 1/2 liter of milk
– 1 tablespoon of flour
– Salt
– Nutmeg
**Instructions:**
1. Cook the broccoli in salted water, previously washed and cut into florets.
2. Prepare the béchamel sauce: Melt the margarine, add the onion and fry. Add the flour and stir to prevent lumps, then slowly add the milk. Season with salt and a pinch of nutmeg. Continue stirring until it thickens, approximately 10 minutes over low heat.
3. Cover the broccoli with the béchamel sauce and grated cheese.
4. Gratinate in the oven.
