Country-style broccoli

Ingredients:

– Broccoli
– Tender garlic
– Mushrooms
– Parsley

Instructions:

1. Separate the broccoli florets and boil them for five minutes in boiling water. Cool them in ice water and set aside.

2. In a pan, sauté the chopped tender garlic pieces (about four centimeters long) and mushrooms until golden brown.

3. Add parsley and the pre-cooked broccoli. Sauté for an additional minute.

4. Serve hot.
