Cajun-Style Broccoli

Ingredients:

200 grams of broccoli

80 grams of onion

1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

150 milliliters of cream (3/4 cup)

1 tablespoon of oil

A pinch of salt

A pinch of pepper

Instructions:

1. In a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt, cook the broccoli florets for 10 minutes.

2. In a pan with oil, sauté finely chopped onion for 5 minutes until soft.

3. Add the broccoli florets, cream, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

4. Finally, serve the Cajun-style broccoli. It can be a standalone dish or a side for a meat dish.
