**Tempura Broccoli**
**Ingredients:**
– 250 grams of sifted flour
– 1 teaspoon of oregano
– 400 ml of very cold water
– 5-6 broccoli florets
– Salt and pepper to taste
**Instructions:**
1. Mix the flour with water and stir until there are no lumps. Add oregano and mix again, then incorporate salt.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Wash the broccoli florets and separate them to make them smaller, then coat them with the mixture previously stored in the fridge. Fry in oil for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally to brown on all sides.
4. If you want to add a sauce, you can make one with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, a pinch of grated lemon zest, and mayonnaise.
