Broccoli salad

 

Ingredients:

– 1 Broccoli
– 1 Celery
– 1/2 Cup of corn
– Juice of 1/2 lemon
– Olive oil
– Pepper
– Salt

Preparation:

To preserve the nutrients, steam the broccoli and corn.
Cut the celery into medium-sized pieces.
Once everything is prepared, season it, add olive oil, and lemon juice. Stir before serving.
To add more flavor to the dish, you can accompany it with a spicy cheese sauce. For this, you need a glass of milk, half a cup of melting cheese, and hot sauce.
Mix the milk and cheese in a pot, stir, and cook over medium heat until the cheese melts and a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Finally, add a few drops of hot sauce.
