Ingredients:
– 1 cooked broccoli
– 2 cooked carrots
– 4 eggs
– 1 glass of milk
– Diced York ham or turkey
– 1 can of tuna in oil
– Sliced cheese
– Pepper
– Salt
– Oil
Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, then add the glass of milk.
2. Incorporate the broccoli and carrots in pieces, along with the diced York ham and tuna.
3. Mix everything well.
4. Grease a mold with oil and pour in the mixture. Cover the base with slices of cheese.
5. Microwave at maximum power for 20 minutes, let it cool slightly, and then unmold to serve.
