**Broccoli Patties**
**Ingredients:**
– 250 g of Broccoli.
– 2 Eggs.
– 3/4 cup of Flour.
– 4 tablespoons of grated cheese (preferably mild cheese, but any will do).
– One teaspoon of salt.
– Oil.
**Instructions:**
1. Cook the broccoli with a pinch of salt until it’s al dente, then chop it into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix two eggs, add a teaspoon of salt, and the chopped broccoli. Gradually add the flour and finally the cheese until it forms a paste.
3. Heat oil in a pan, and when it’s hot, spoon some of the prepared paste to form our patties.
4. Fry the patties on both sides.
