**Ingredients:**
**For the Salad:**
– 1 broccoli, cut and cooked
– 1 mango, peeled and seedless, cut into pieces
– 1 red onion, chopped.
**For the Walnuts:**
– 4 teaspoons sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 1/2 cup walnut pieces.
**For the Dressing:**
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2-3 tablespoons berry vinegar
– 1 packet Italian dressing
– Salt and pepper to taste
**Instructions:**
1. Cut the broccoli into florets and steam until al dente. Immediately place it in cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain and place in a large bowl. Let it cool. Chop the onion and add it to the broccoli.
2. Peel the mango and cut it into pieces. Add it to the broccoli and onion. Mix the vinaigrette and pour it over the salad. In a small pan, add the sugar and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Add the walnut pieces and stir.
3. Turn off the heat and place the walnut pieces in a suitable place to cool. Add them to the salad shortly before serving.
