Ingredients:
– 2 eggs
– 80 grams of cooked broccoli florets
– 1 garlic clove
– Olive oil and salt
Instructions:
1. Whisk the eggs with a whisk for a few minutes to make the omelette fluffy.
2. Peel and slice the garlic.
3. Heat a bit of oil in a pan, and when it’s hot, add the eggs and roll them, forming a French omelette.
4. In another pan, add a bit of oil and the sliced garlic. When it starts to brown, add the broccoli florets and sauté for a minute.
5. Place the omelette on a plate and make an incision in the center lengthwise, open it, and place the broccoli florets.
6. It can be served with tomato sauce on the side.
