Ingredients:
- Broccoli
- Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of fresh cheese
- Mustard
- ½ onion
- Parsley
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
Instructions:
1. Cut the broccoli into small pieces.
2. Cook the broccoli florets “al dente” in boiling water and the cherry tomatoes in a pan with a bit of oil.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing two tablespoons of fresh cheese, a teaspoon of mustard, finely chopped onion, and parsley.
