Asociación Española de Fabricantes de Vegetales Congelados (ASEVEC)

The Spanish Association of Frozen Vegetable Manufacturers (ASEVEC) was established in 1985 and nationally integrates the leading manufacturers of frozen vegetables. The association currently consists of eight nationally established companies representing 95% of the national production.

The objectives of the association are:
– To serve as a platform for permanent and effective unity among companies dedicated to the production of frozen vegetables, establishing bonds of cooperation and collaboration in defense of both collective and individual interests.

– To channel the participation of sector companies in national or community federations.

– To represent the sector to public and private bodies at the regional, national, or community level.

– To act as the only valid intermediaries in the framework of frozen vegetable producers with the Spanish administration for the development and adaptation of legislation.

– To compile statistics and studies.
