Ham and broccoli salad

 

**Ingredients:**
– 1 broccoli
– 100 g. Serrano ham
– 100 g. Mushrooms or champignons
– 50 g. Chopped toasted almonds

**For the Dressing:**
– 50 g. Roquefort cheese
– 1 glass of cream
– Salt and pepper to taste.

**Instructions:**
1. Separate the broccoli into florets and cook it in salted water without letting it soften too much. Drain it and let it cool.
2. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into thin slices, and blanch them. Cut the ham into thin strips. Optionally, you can sauté it in a pan with a couple of garlic cloves.
3. For the dressing, mix the Roquefort cheese with the cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Place all the ingredients in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped almonds, and pour the dressing prepared with the cheese over them.
