Fettuccine with braised mushrooms and broccoli

Do you love pizza as much as we do? Sometimes, we hold back from indulging in it due to the fear of consuming too many calories. We have the solution to that culinary dilemma: a delicious broccoli pizza, healthy and nutritious. Shall we make it today? ?

Ingredients:

– 1 piece of broccoli
– 80 grams of oat flour
– 120 milliliters of warm water
– Pesto
– Fresh tomato
– Red onion
– Corn
– Spinach
– Black olives
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 1 tablespoon of baking soda
– Garlic powder
– Basil
– Pepper
– A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and chop the broccoli, avoiding the stem.

2. Mix it with the flour, spices, water, a tablespoon of baking soda, a pinch of salt, and a tablespoon of olive oil until you get a semi-consistent dough that can be placed on parchment paper in the shape of a round or square pizza.

3. Bake in the oven until the crust becomes crispy or starts to brown.

4. Take it out again and place the surface ingredients on it: pesto for the base, fresh tomato, red onion, corn, spinach, and black olives.

5. Put it back in the oven until everything is nicely browned.
