Ingredients:
– Broccoli
– Leek
– Red bell pepper
– Spring onion
– Oil
– Salt
– Pepper
– Cumin
– Slice of bread
Instructions:
1. Boil broccoli with salt for about 5 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, fry the bread slice with a little oil in a pan. Remove it and soak it for a few minutes in a small bowl.
3. Use the same oil to sauté the onion, red bell pepper, and leek.
4. Add the broccoli to the pan with the sautéed vegetables and sauté together. Add the bread, a bit of pepper, and cumin.
5. Pour a bit of the water used to boil the broccoli and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
6. Finally, blend everything, and it’s ready to eat.
