Sautéed chickpeas with broccoli

Araceli's proposal couldn't be easier to get the perfect dish: sautéed chickpeas with spring onions, broccoli and shitake mushrooms with an grilled egg.Nothing easier, nothing harder than a grilled or fried egg. The combination of these foods is absolutely delicious but it can't be easier to prepare. As always: easy recipes that are not so complicated that we laziness to get into the kitchen, and healthy recipes, that we can enjoy knowing that what we are eating favors a healthier life.

What we need

150g cooked chickpeas
1/2 spring onions
5 or 6 shitake mushrooms
1/2 broccoli
1 egg
Extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper
Sesame seeds for garnish

How we do it

On the one hand we sauté the vegetables with olive oil; leaving the broccoli for the end or a couple of minutes steamed in the microwave. Then we incorporate the cooked chickpeas. And finally, we cook the grilled egg and add it. A little salt, olive oil, pepper and sesame seeds and to enjoy.
