All Green Salad

Salads are a delicious way to include vegetables of the most varied without the need for long or laborious cooking. From Nutt – Nutritional advice surprised us with this green salad that we have fallen in love with. Very few ingredients are needed but the result is spectacular.Broccoli, of course, is among those ingredients. What we need

  • Broccoli
  • Chives (chopped)
  • Green pepper (chopped)
  • Celery (chopped)
  • Cucumber (chopped or sliced)

Ingredients for sauce

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • Juice of 1 small lime
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar (or sweet rosé wine vinegar is really nice)
  • 3 tbspoons yogurt

 

How we do it

First, broccoli is steamed for about 4 minutes. Then, with the help of an American smoothie, crush the spinach together with the garlic, yogurt and vinegar until a homogeneous sauce is formed. If you see that it has gone too thick you can add lemon juice. Then we cut the cucumber that we have washed previously and cut it very thin sheets. Then we cut the pepper into dice the size you like the most. And finally we mix all the ingredients and if you want to decorate a little with chives, not only will you bring more color but you will give it a spectacular flavor.
