Vegan mellow rice

A few weeks ago we were surprised by this wonderful vegan mellow rice on Instagram. And we couldn't resist! You want to do it at home? Here we go.

 

What we need

100 g. dried rice per person
Boletus
Onion
Carrot
1 ripe tomato
Pepper in pieces
Broccoli
Zucchini in pieces
A pinch of paprika, curry, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, rosemary, thyme and salt.
10 ml. aove
Water or vegetable broth.

 

How we do it

We pour the rice with the spices and the aove and saute it a little. Then add the vegetables in pieces and saute for a few more minutes. Add the hot water and let cook for 17-20 minutes depending on the point you like.
