Salmon and Broccoli Burgers

A very healthy recipe that will please both kids and adults. With this, you’ll surprise the whole family during the holiday season with a nutritious and well-balanced meal.

Ingredients:

1 Salmon (fillet or steak)

Broccoli

1 egg white

Dill (a spice available in any supermarket)

No-sodium salt

 

Instructions:

Boil the broccoli until it’s softer than when cooking it to eat alone.

Mash the broccoli with a fork.

Dice the salmon very finely (if you have a food processor, it works even better there).

In a bowl, mix the salmon with the broccoli, and add the egg white, dill, and salt.

Create a dough and form individual burgers.

In a pan, heat it and cook the burgers on both sides.

Serve hot.
